2-15-21 relief from bitter cold in sight

Wisconsin was in the deep freeze over the weekend, but finally there is relief in sight.   National Weather Service meteorologist Kevin Wagner says this weekend was almost a carbon copy of last weekend with some snow and overnight lows in the double-digits below zero with dangerously cold windchills.  Wagner says the good news is temperatures will be climbing back closer to normal this week.  High temperatures are forecast close to or in the low 20s by the middle of this week.
