A Kingston man is in custody following a high speed chase involving a stolen vehicle that ended with a high risk stop in Waupun. Waupun deputy police chief Jeremy Rasch says the vehicle had been reported stolen in Green Lake County and was involved in a high speed chase. The vehicle was located in a gas station parking lot and Rasch says officers negotiated with the subject for about an hour before he voluntarily surrendered.
