The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office has identified the victim of a fatal UTV crash in Dodge County. The Sheriff’s Office says 60 year old Otto Abolins of rural Ashippun died when the UTV he was operating rolled over in a ditch. The crash happened Saturday night on Monroe Road near La Follette Road, northeast of Watertown. He was not wearing a seatbelt, or helmet, and alcohol use was believed to be a factor in the crash.
