A Campbellsport man has been arrested for OWI with a child passenger. The Wisconsin State Patrol says 28 year old Adam Konstanski was arrested last week for OWI first offense with one child in the vehicle under the age of 16. A Wisconsin State Patrol trooper stopped a vehicle traveling northbound on highway 67 near Campbellsport and detected indicators of impairment. Following Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, the driver was arrested for OWI 1st offense with a child in the vehicle. The child was released to a relative and the driver was transported to a local hospital for an evidentiary blood draw and then released to a responsible party.
