The operator of a UTV was killed in a rollover crash in Dodge County.  A passerby dialed  911 Saturday night to report the incident, which occurred on Monroe Road near La Follette Road,  northeast of Watertown.  The initial investigation indicated the UTV was northbound on Monroe Road,  left the roadway on the right shoulder, and overturned in a marshy ditch immediately adjacent to the roadway and ejecting the driver.   The driver, a 60 year […]

GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) — Authorities in Wisconsin say a gunman killed two people at a Green Bay casino restaurant and seriously wounded a third before he was shot and killed by police.
