6-1 Waupun COVID Vaccine Clinics

The president of Ripon Medical Center and Waupun Memorial Hospital says people are invited to take advantage of their walk-in COVID-19 vaccine clinics. The two hospitals are part of Agnesian HealthCare, a member of SSM Health. DeAnn Thurmer is the president of the two hospitals. She says their hospitals in Fond du Lac or St. Agnes Hospital, the Ripon Medical Center, and Waupun Memorial Hospital each offer at least one opportunity a week for people to receive the vaccine. Those walk-in clinics are Monday through Friday, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays in Fond du Lac, Tuesdays in Ripon, and Thursday in Waupun. She says even children as young as 12 years old can receive the vaccine, but they will need a parent or guardian present or have a signed consent form. Thurmer says it is about getting as many people vaccinated against the coronavirus and you don’t have to have Agnesian HealthCare as a provider to receive the vaccine.
