The president of Envision Greater Fond du Lac says she is not sure why a Fond du Lac business is expanding it’s operations to a Milwaukee suburb. Quality Packaging Inc. plans to lease space in a vacant St. Francis industrial building, bringing up to 250 jobs to that community. Envision president Sadie Parafiniuk says there could be several factors for the company to expand outside of Fond du Lac. The St. Francis City Administrator says Quality Packaging will begin moving equipment to the building in July.
