One of two men arrested in the shooting death of a Fond du Lac man outside a Fond du Lac tavern nearly four years ago has been convicted. A Fond du Lac jury has found Devon Neuman guilty of party to the crime of first degree intentional homicide and carrying a concealed weapon in the September 2017 shooting death of Logan Foster in a parking lot across the street from the Press Box Tavern. The jury found Neuman not guilty of party to the crime of armed robbery. The week-long trial wrapped up Tuesday. A sentencing hearing will be scheduled. A second man, Jesse Schultz, is scheduled to go on trial in September.
