Public schools in Oshkosh will have in-person classes and will not require face coverings, at least to start the year. School officials released the COVID-19 plans for the year on Thursday. Other highlights include allowing field trips and placing no capacity limits for spectators at school events.

The Fond du Lac School District has announced two administrator updates for the coming school year. Nate Groves will serve as the interim principal of Chegwin Elementary Schooland Troy McDonald, a retired principal in the School District of La Crosse, will serve as Fond du Lac High School interim assistant principal.

OSHKOSH, Wis. (AP) — Oshkosh Police Department officials say they have arrested a 39-year-old woman in an alleged murder-for-hire plot.
