No decision yet on a new Fond du Lac police chief. The Fond du Lac Police and Fire Commission met Thursday afternoon in closed session for about 45 minutes but did not make a hiring decision. Commission chair Marty Ryan told WFDL news the commission is pleased with both finalists, interim Fond du Lac Police Chief Aaron Goldstein and Green Bay Police commander Kevin Warych, but says he’s not sure when a decision will be made. The commission is not scheduled to meet again until October.
