11-1-21 man who smuggled drugs to inmate sentenced to prison

MANITOWOC, Wis. (AP) — A man who smuggled heroin into the Manitowoc County Jail and gave to an inmate who died of an overdose has been sentenced to 12 years in prison. Jerid Hanson was also placed on 12 years of extended supervision during sentencing this week in Manitowoc County. 10-29-21 ripon high school teacher under investigation for possession of child pornography found dead

Law enforcement is investigating the death of a Ripon High School history teacher and football coach considered a person of interest  in  an investigation  into alleged possession of child pornography.  Richard Kelm was found dead Thursday.  Ripon Police searched Kelm's  October 21 after online storage Dropbox flagged images  of  child  pornography and sent the information to the National Center  for Missing and Exploited Children.
