A Waupun woman has been charged with intentionally burning down her neighbor’s deer stand. Fifty nine year old Patricia Lemasa is charged with arson. If convicted she faces up to three and a half years in prison and a $10,000 fine. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for October 11.
