Doty Street from Follett Street to Scott Street
Schedule: April 2021 through October 2021
Description: The project includes gas main and service relocations, reconstruction of sanitary sewer and laterals, storm sewer and laterals, water main and laterals, roadway, sidewalk and approaches, street lighting and restoration/landscaping.
October 4 to October 8: The concrete contractor will continue slip-form curb and gutter and pavement replacement. Driveway aprons and sidewalks are scheduled to be placed, weather pending.
Traffic Impacts: Doty Street remains closed to through traffic. Residents, business owners, and customers may access properties past “ROAD CLOSED – LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY” signs. Doty Street is accessible during off hours.
W. Cotton Street from Military Road to Macy Street

WIS 23 Expansion – Urban Section – WI DOT Northeast Region
Location Limits: WIS 23 and various intersecting local roads between US 151 and Seven Hills Road
Schedule: April 19, 2021 to fall of 2022
Description of work: This work is part of the WIS 23 4-lane, on-alignment expansion project in Sheboygan and Fond du Lac counties.
October 4 to October 8: The contractor is scheduled to work on the following items:
Highway 23 eastbound (Wisconsin American Drive to County UU) – Finish gravel placement, Fine grading gravel for paving operations, Begin concrete pavement operations
Highway 23 westbound (County UU to Seven Hills) – Continue placing stone and gravel, Complete storm sewer installations, Continue working on landscaping
County K north of Highway 23 – Continue placing fill on the new ramp
County K south of Highway 23/Maryhill Drive – Place curb and gutter, Begin sidewalk construction
County UU – Continue placing fill on the interchange
Retaining wall along Maryhill Drive – Complete work on the barrier wall on top of the retaining wall
Highway 23 eastbound bridge over County K – Continue working on bridge parapet walls
