Doty Street from Follett Street to Scott Street
Schedule: April 2021 through October 2021
Description The project includes gas main and service relocations, reconstruction of sanitary sewer and laterals, storm sewer and laterals, water main and laterals, roadway, sidewalk and approaches, street lighting and restoration/landscaping.
October 11 to October 15: The concrete contractor will finish pavement replacement at Arndt St. Arndt St will remain closed for curing through the weekend of 10/16-10/17. Driveway aprons and sidewalks will begin to be installed. Electrical contractor will continue installing access boxes.
Traffic Impacts: Doty Street remains closed to through traffic. Residents, business owners, and customers may access properties past “ROAD CLOSED – LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY” signs. Doty Street is accessible during off hours.
W. Cotton Street from Military Road to Macy Street
Schedule: April 2021 through October 2021

WIS 23 Expansion – Urban Section – WI DOT Northeast Region
Location Limits: WIS 23 and various intersecting local roads between US 151 and Seven Hills Road Schedule: April 19, 2021 to fall of 2022
Description of work: This work is part of the WIS 23 4-lane, on-alignment expansion project in Sheboygan and Fond du Lac counties.
October 11 to October 15: The contractor is scheduled to work on the following items:
Highway 23 eastbound (Wisconsin American Drive to County UU) – Continue concrete pavement operations
Highway 23 westbound (County UU to Seven Hills) – Continue placing stone and grave and landscaping
Wisconsin American Drive (North) – Install remaining lighting items. Begin concrete paving on north legs and
Highway 23 westbound lanes
County K north of Highway 23 – Continue placing fill on the new ramp
County K south of Highway 23/Maryhill Drive – Placing electrical installations. Begin sidewalk construction
County UU – Continue placing fill on the interchange
County UU bridge over Highway 23 – Begin driving piling on piers and pouring new piers
