Leaf collection starts Monday in the City of Fond du Lac. Public Works crews are starting in the northeast section of the city, proceeding in a clockwise direction around the city. The crews typically will be able to make three complete rounds of the city during the October and November months weather permitting. Leaves should be raked in rows next to the curb for collection by City crews. City Code prohibits leaves and other materials to be placed in the street or sidewalks. Residents may also haul their leaves to the City’s yard waste drop off site on Doty Street.
