Ribbon cutting ceremonies were held Friday for a new interactive trail in the village of North Fond du Lac. The Born Learning Trail is located in Village Park on Winnebago Drive. Fond du Lac Area United Way director Amber Kilawee it’s the third Born Learning trail in Fond du Lac County. Kilawee says the trail is a cognitive stimulating path that includes interactive signs, activities and games. Along with playful, fun colors, these dynamic learning activities encourage engagement opportunities for parents, caregivers and their children. Sponsors of the trail include The Associated Bank, the North Fond du Lac Optimist Club, the Police Benevolent Association and Orioles Nation Booster Club.
