A Pennsylvania man is going to prison for sexually assaulting a child in Dodge County. Dodge County Circuit judge Brian Pfitzinger sentenced 25 year old Steven Barlow to 22 years in prison followed by 12 years of extended supervision on two counts of First Degree Child Sexual Assault. Barlow was convicted of sexually assaulting two young children, ages four and five, offering at least one of the children ice cream in exchange for a sex act.
