Two people escaped serious injury in a two vehicle crash in the town of Taycheeda Friday night. According to the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office a pickup truck was northbound on Highway 151, south of Kiekhaefer Parkway when it struck the rear of a tractor with a disc and manure boom, pushing the tractor into the ditch. The pickup driver, a 31 year old Green Bay man, and a male passenger received minor injuries. The tractor operator ,from Chilton,was not injured. Alcohol and speed are believed to be factors in the crash. USH 151 was closed for approximately one hour as the scene was cleaned up.
