Wisconsin’s unemployment rate was down slightly in October. The state Department of Workforce Development says the October unemployment rate was 3.2 percent, down two tenths of a percent from September. Wisconsin’s total non-farm jobs decreased by 1,000 in October , while private sector jobs increased by 2,000.
