The Fond du Lac Police Department has been notified by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections on a change of address for a convicted child sex offender. Police say Timothy Kind was recently released from prison for sexually assaulting two teenage girls. Kind is now living at 186 East Johnson Street, apartment #4. Special conditions of Timothy R Kind’s supervised release include no contact with the victim, no unsupervised contact with minors, no presence in taverns, bars, or liquor stores, no use of alcohol or illegal drugs and lifetime electronic and GPS monitoring.
