A Fond du Lac man was seriously injured after falling from a ladder. Rescue personnel were called to the scene at 69 8th Street shortly after 8am Monday. Fire Chief Pete O’Leary says the victim was flown by helicopter to ThedaCare Medical Center in Neenah. “We had a report of a person who fell from a ladder, 15 to 20 down,” O’Leary told WFDL news. O’Leary says FDL Fire and Rescue initially called for a helicopter from Froedert Hospital, but they were unable to fly because of the weather. O’Leary says ThedaStar was able to respond.
