A survey is being conducted with more than 100 businesses in four area counties to identify childcare services and challenges facing employees across the region. Envison Greater Fond du Lac Region president Sadie Parafiniuk says the UW Oshkosh Center for Customized Research and Services is collecting data through the end of the month. Parafiniuk says childcare has become a greater concern to employers and employees as demand has increased while parents look for increased flexibility. She says employees who work at the top 150 employers in Fond du Lac, Dodge, Winnebago and Outagamie counties are being surveyed to identify potential funding options and solutions to provide more capacity and serve more families.
