2-15-22 kevin nicholson goes “between the lines”

Kevin Nicholson says he is running for Wisconsin governor as a conservative outsider.  Nicholson announced last month he was running for the office, setting up what  could be a bruising primary with former Lieutenant governor Rebecca Kleefisch and conservative Republican Timothy Ramthun of Campbellsport.  Nicholson says he is running out of a sense of urgency noting that Republicans have lost 11 of the last 12 general elections for statewide office.  If he was elected, Nicholson says he would push for a statewide universal school choice program.  Nicholson says he supports mandatory minimum bail for certain violent criminal charges in an effort to prevent incidents like the Waukesha parade massacre and mandatory minimum sentences for violent crime convictions.  Nicholson also says he also supports getting rid of the Wisconsin Elections Commission.  Nicholson made the comments on AM 1170s Between the Lines program.
