A Fond du Lac man has been convicted in the drug overdose death of a woman. At a hearing this week 36 year old Christopher Hoerth pleaded no contest to first degree reckless homicide. Police say he supplied fentanyl that led to the death of a woman in North Fond du Lac in May 2020. A sentencing hearing is scheduled for May 5. The charge carries a maximum sentence of 25 years in prison and 15 years extended supervision.
