Charges are being referred to the Fond du Lac County District Attorney’s Office against a Fond du Lac man in connection with a fatal crash over the weekend. The 37 year old man faces charges of homicide by negligient operation of a motor vehicle and homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle. Two passengers, a 41 year old Fond du Lac man and a 34 year old Fond du lac woman were killed when the car left Highway 151 near County Highway WH and struck a tree. The crash happened shortly before 2:30am Saturday. Investigators say speed and alcohol were factors in the crash.
