A former Fond du Lac woman convicted in the 2018 death of her infant daughter is going to prison. Fond du Lac judge Dale English sentenced 29 year old Shauntina Fuller-Panky to two years in prison followed by 20 years of extended supervision. Fuller-Pankey earlier entered an Alford plea to first degree reckless homicide in the death of a two month old infant. She faced a maximum sentence of 40 years in prison and 25 years of extended supervision. According to a criminal complaint an autopsy showed the baby died from a large skull fracture. Police were called to a home in the 100 block of E. Merrill Ave. for a report that a baby was choking. Officers arriving on the scene attempted CPR, but the infant was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
