One person was killed in a one vehicle crash in Dodge County. The crash happened shortly after 6:30pm Sunday on County Highway C west of Highway I, in the town of Chester. An initial investigation showed that a car was traveling east on C when it failed to negotiate a curve, traveled off of the roadway and struck several trees in the south ditch area. The 87 year old male driver (sole occupant) of the car was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation.
