New Waupun mayor Rohn Bishop is hitting the ground running. Bishop was sworn into office this week after running unopposed in the spring election. Bishop says his first order of business is rebranding the community, returing Waupun to the city of sculptures. “Bring back the End of the Trail statues on our city documents and city website,” Bishop told WFDL news. Bishop says he wants to be a cheerleader for all the great things Waupun offers. “Waupun is a great little city and its got a lot going for it. I don’t think we brag about ourselves enough. I really want to promote Waupun.”
