The local unemployment rate is down in April. The Dodge County unemployment rate fell four tenths of a percent to 2.5 percent. In Fond du Lac County the jobless rate in April stands at 2.3 percent, down from 2.8 percent in March. The city of Fond du Lac’s unemployment rate dropped from 2.5 to 2.3 percent.
