The Fond du Lac Police and Fire Commission has narrowed the list of finalists for the next Fond du Lac Fire Chief to one candidate…interim Fire Chief Erick Gerritson. Nine candidates from throughout the United States and Canada applied for the position. At a June 9 meeting the commission reviewed the applicants and determined that one qualified candidate would be placed on the finalist list. The commission will interview Gerritson June 14.
