A Florida man is in custody following a high speed chase in Fond du Lac County. It started shortly before midnight Monday when a sheriff’s deputy attempted to stop a speeding vehicle on Interstate 41 northbound at County Road F. The pursuit was terminated after a little more than a mile and a half, but another sheriff’s deputy observed the vehicle exit 41 and pull into a gas station on Hickory Street. The driver, a 59 year old Florida man, was arrested without incident.
