Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s deputies arrested five men and confiscated large quantities of illegal drugs during three recent separate traffic stops on Interstate 41. Sheriff Ryan Waldschmidt says the traffic stops prevented significant quantities of marijuana, cocaine, and counterfeit fentanyl laced pills from being distributed in the area. Waldschmidt says the drugs were likely being transported here for distribution just prior to the holiday weekend.
