The Fond du Lac School District is revising it’s administrative organizational structure. Superintendent Dr. Jeff Fleig says under the plan the Director of Teaching and Learning will become the Chief Academic Officer, supervising the Director of Pupil Services, and coordinators of Math and English Language Arts. The director of Business Services will become the Chief of Finance and Operations and will supervise the Director of Human Resources, Facility Services, and Technology and Assessment. Dr. Fleig says the revised structure will closely align with the District’s strategic plan. Dr. Fleig says one of the main challenges of the current flat organizational structure is that it presents obstacles to accelerating change.
