The Dodge County Highway Commissioner says all county highways are now officially open for all terrain and utility terrain vehicle use. Earlier this spring the Dodge County Board voted unanimously to allow the use of all terrain and utility terrain vehicles on all county highways. Dodge County Highway Commissioner Brian Field says opening up ATV/ UTV use on county roads has been a long process. But Field says he wants to make it clear that operators of ATVs and UTVs on county highways do so at their own risk.
