It’s been a warm, humid summer in Wisconsin, and the National Weather Service says early forecast models predict that warm weather may continue this fall and into winter. National Weather Service meteorologist Paul Collar says there is a bit of a signal for a potential for warmer conditions as we go into the fall. He says there is no real clear signal yet as far as precipitation is concerned.
