Drivers in Wisconsin continue to find relief at the pump. State AAA spokesman Nick Jarmusz says stable global oil prices and modest domestic demand for gasoline led to prices falling another nickel in the past week. Jarmusz says gas prices are down more than a dollar from their peak in mid June. In the Fond du Lac area the average price for unleaded regular is $3.50 a gallon, and below $3.40 a gallon at many gas stations. AAA has found that drivers have made significant changes to cope with the high prices. In a recent survey, almost two-thirds of U.S. adults say they have changed their driving habits or lifestyle since March. Drivers’ top two changes are driving less and combining errands.
