8-29-22 injury crash-fdl

One person was injured following a two vehicle collision in Fond du Lac.  Initial reports say a vehicle ran a red light at the intersection of  South Macy and Second Streets  Saturday striking another vehicle.  A passenger in the vehicle that ran the red light was transported to the hospital.

8-29-22 alcohol-related crashes-fdl county

Two people were injured in separate alcohol-related crashes in Fond du Lac County.  Shortly before 3am Saturday a 41 year old Mount Calvary man was injured when his vehicle rolled over on  Fourth Street Road near Seven Hills Road.  The second crash was reported shortly after 4am Saturday by a passerby.  An 18 year old North Fond du Lac woman was transported to Theda Care Regional Medical Center in Neenah following the crash […]

The Fond du Lac  Public Works Department says  a portion of Maria Lane will be closed next week.  Starting Monday  Maria Lane will be closed between Main Street and Marr Street  until the end of day Friday, September 2.  The closure will be in place to allow the construction and maintenance division to replace and restore a manhole on Maria Lane.

Fond du Lac Area Transit is offering  free bus rides all day on Wednesday, August 21.   Staff will be on hand to assist you in learning how to ride the bus.  Refreshments will be served at the Main Transfer Zone  at the corner of Macy and Rees Streets from 9 a.m. until noon.
