  1. Butler Street from Russell Street to Portage Street

Schedule: July 7 th though October
Description: The project includes gas main and service relocations, reconstruction of sanitary sewer and laterals, storm sewer and laterals, water main and laterals, roadway, sidewalk and approaches, street lighting and restoration/landscaping.
September 26 to September 30: Electrical contractor will install conduit. Staking for curb and gutter
Traffic Impacts: N. Butler is closed to through traffic. Residents, business owners, and customers may access properties past “ROAD CLOSED TO THRU TRAFFIC” signs. It is illegal to drive past a “ROAD CLOSED” sign or to move any construction barricades. Parking is not permitted on the street within the construction zone during working hours.

14 th Street Reconstruction
Schedule: May 31 through October
Description: The project includes gas main and service relocations, reconstruction of sanitary sewer and laterals, storm sewer and laterals, water main and laterals, roadway, sidewalk and approaches, street lighting and restoration/landscaping.
September 26 to September 30: Contractor will continue road excavation between Park Ave and Vine St. The pipe-bursting contractor will continue installing storm laterals on private property.
Traffic Impacts: 14 th Street is closed to through traffic. Residents, business owners, and customers may access properties past “ROAD CLOSED TO THRU TRAFFIC” signs. It is illegal to drive past a “ROAD CLOSED” sign or to move any construction barricades. Parking is not permitted on the street within the construction zone during working hours.

  1. Division Street from Brooke Street to Moore Street

Schedule: September 26 th though November
Description: The project includes gas main and service relocations, reconstruction of sanitary sewer and laterals, storm sewer and laterals, water main and laterals, roadway, sidewalk and approaches, street lighting and restoration/landscaping.
September 26 to September 30: Sanitary Main installation will begin
Traffic Impacts: W. Division Street is closed to through traffic. Residents, business owners, and customers may access properties past “ROAD CLOSED TO THRU TRAFFIC” signs. It is illegal to drive past a “ROAD CLOSED” sign or to move any construction barricades. Parking is not permitted on the street within the construction zone during working hours.
Military Road from Western Avenue to Superior Street – WI DOT Northeast Region
Schedule: April 11-October 2022
Description: The reconstruction of S Military Rd includes reconstruction of the street and utilities, addition of bike lane and construction of a roundabout at the intersection of Military Road and 9 th Street.
September 26 to September 30: The concrete crew completed paving the northbound lane (east side) of Military Road. String line and trimming of southbound (west side) Military Road will be completed by midday on Monday.  Monday, crews will also seal the concrete joints of northbound once the concrete has cure. Concrete paving of southbound (west side) is scheduled for Tuesday, September 27, weather pending. Later in the week the southbound pavement joints will be sealed once cured. Contractor will start the roundabout and intersection curbing by weeks end.
Traffic Impacts: Military Road remains closed to through traffic. Residents, business owners, and customers may access properties past “ROAD CLOSED TO THRU TRAFFIC” signs. The intersection of Military Road and 9 th Street remains closed to traffic.
WIS 23 Expansion – Urban Section – WI DOT Northeast Region
Location/limits: WIS 23 and various intersecting local roads between US 151 and Seven Hills Road
Schedule: April 11, 2021 to fall of 2022
Description of work:  This work is part of the WIS 23 4-lane, on-alignment expansion project in Sheboygan and Fond du Lac counties.
September 26 to September 30: The contractor anticipates working on the following items:
 Complete concrete pavement on WIS 23 westbound from Whispering Springs to County UU.
 Continue paving the new asphalt on WIS 23 eastbound
 Continue placing curb and gutter on WIS 23 eastbound.
 Continue placing colored concrete pavement and concrete sidewalk on the County K interchange.
 Begin paving the new Whispering Springs access road.
 Begin placing curb and gutter on the County UU interchange.
 Begin grading the new right turn lane for the USH 151 northbound off ramp to WIS 23
 Begin storm sewer installation for the USH 151 northbound off ramp to WIS 23
 Place electrical conduit for the USH 151 northbound off ramp to WIS 23
 Begin placing concrete pavement for the USH 151 northbound off ramp to WIS 23
Traffic impacts:
 County K north at WIS 23 – Closed
 County UU (South of WIS 23) – Closed
 County UU (North of WIS 23) – Closed
 USH 151 northbound off ramp to WIS 23: Anticipate delays while using the ramp during construction.
 WIS 23 EB lane closure from County Lane to the east: Anticipate delays while using WIS 23 eastbound during construction.
