J.F. Ahern Co. has received the Professional Fire Fighters of Wisconsin Charitable Foundation’s Corporate Responsibility Award. The award recognizes a company or organization that has gone above and beyond to help the Fire Fighters Foundation work towards its mission of championing support for burn survivors, firefighters, and safe communities statewide. According to a press release Ahern was nominated for it’s commitment to educating and training fire inspectors, firefighters, and others on the importance of the work we are doing installing fire protection systems, how they work, and the processes that need to be followed. Van Fitch, Matt Merckx, and Travis Whitney were praised for their willingness to assist. Ahern says the company will continue to build positive relationships with local fire departments and state associations.
