11-28-22 cambria man dies from injuries received in a crash

A  Cambria man involved  in a one -vehicle crash near Watertown last week has died from his injuries.   The Dodge County Sheriff's Office says 67 year old Joseph Berger was flown by helicopter to a hospital following the crash last Tuesday afternoon as his vehicle was exiting southbound from State Highway 26, toward a roundabout for State Highway 19.  Berger died Saturday at the hospital.  The initial investigation showed Berger was suspected of being involved in […]

11-28-22 fatal traffic crash-dodge county

The holiday shopping season is underway.   This weekend is Small Business Saturday.  Downtown Fond du lac Partnership director Amy Hansen says along with Fox Valley Savings Bank the Downtown Partnership is offering a $500 Shop Small Sweepstakes promotion.  Shoppers will receive an entry into the sweepstakes for every $10 spent in downtown through the end of December.  Hansen is encouraging residents to shop locally this holiday season.

11-24-22 fdl city and county government offices closed for holiday

City  and county offices in the Fond du Lac City/County Government Center are closed  Thursday and Friday in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.  The Municipal Service Center office is closed however yard waste and brush may still be dropped off during the holiday hours.   Also, the bulky waste drop off site,  is open November 25th (9am-3:15pm) and Saturday, November 26th (8am-12pm).   Recyclables normally picked up Thursday will be picked up […]
