Fond du Lac residents were able take a trip around the world over the weekend. The 14th annual Celebrate Community was held Saturday at the Fond du Lac County Fairgrounds Expo Building. United for Diversity president Kristel Lougher says the event is packed with art, culture, food, music and entertainment. “We have so many organizations throughout Fond du Lac that truly embrace diversity,” Lougher told WFDL news. Lougher says the fact that over 50 local organizations asked to be a part of the event shows they believe in diversity and that the community is “headed in the right direction.”
