The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office has announced a new Special Needs Alert form to aid first responders. Dodge County Sheriff Dale Schmidt says the form can be filled out on the Sheriff’s Office website. Schmidt says the form will be maintained in the county’s record management system and available to first responders and 911 communication workers. Information will be relayed to responders who need the information quickly when responding to individuals who have various disabilities.
