A Fond du Lac man is in custody following a high speed chase. Shortly before 8:30pm Sunday Fond du Lac County sheriff’s deputies responded to a Van Dyne residence for a report of a disturbance involving a man believed to be under the influence of drugs. The man fled the scene in his vehicle at a high rate of speed. The chase ended when the vehicle pulled over on county highway R in Winnebago County and the driver was arrested. A squad car was damaged during the pursuit. Nobody was injured.
