Several construction projects are continuing and many nearing completion in the city of Fond du Lac. Work is continuing on new Caribou Coffee shops at the former Tucker’s restaurant on West Johnson Street and by Tucker’s on South Main. Interior rehabilitation work continues on the Brooke Street Lofts at the former Northern Casket Factory on North Brook Street and at the former Winnebago Cheese Building at West Division Street. Other ongoing projects include an Aurora Hospital addition, International House of Pancakes restaurant at the former Applebee’s restaurant building, and a new Domino’s Pizza on North Main Street.
