Bail was set at $300,000 cash for an Oakfield man charged after crashing his car into the Verizon cell phone store in Fond du Lac last week. Twenty year old Benjamin Ayer made his initial Fond du Lac Court appearance Tuesday on eight counts of First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, Injury by Intoxicated Use of a Vehicle, Possession of THC, Operating While Under the Influence Causing Injury , and Possession of Drug Paraphenalia.
