5-30-23 fdl man charged in drug overdose death

A Fond du Lac man has been charged with providing the drugs that led to the overdose death of a Fond  du Lac resident.  Forty six year old Josh Weber is charged with party to the crime of first degree reckless homicide.   He is accusesd of supplying the fentanyl that led to the death of a Fond du Lac man in December of 2020.  Bail was set at $50,000 cash.  A preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 1st.
