5-31-23 sauk county deer farm tests positive for cwd

MADISON, Wis. – The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) confirms that a Sauk County deer farm has tested positive for chronic wasting disease (CWD). The samples were confirmed by the National Veterinary Services Laboratories in Ames, Iowa.  The positive result came from a 10-year-old doe. RIDGELAND, Wis. (AP) — Authorities are investigating a van-car collision that killed two people and injured 12 others, in northwestern Wisconsin. 5-30-23 fdl man charged in drug overdose death

A Fond du Lac man has been charged with providing the drugs that led to the overdose death of a Fond  du Lac resident.  Forty six year old Josh Weber is charged with party to the crime of first degree reckless homicide.   He is accusesd of supplying the fentanyl that led to the death of a Fond du Lac man in December of 2020.  Bail was set at $50,000 cash.  A preliminary hearing is scheduled […]

5-30-23 fdl police investigating reports of gunshots fired
