Investigators believe a shooting outside a Fond du Lac gas station may have been a gang-related retaliation for a fatal shooting at a Fond du Lac apartment complex. Ninteen year old Lamarion Moore and 16 year old Adamite Willey made their initial court appearances Monday on charges of Attempted First Degree Intentional Homicide in connection with a shooting May 23rd outside the East Pioneer Road Pit Stop gas station. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 22nd. Investigators say Moore and Willey opened fire on an occupied vehicle that was parked at a gas pump. Nobody was injured. According to a criminal complaint the suspects believed the car may have been used to transport the shooters from a fatal shooting at the Maplewood Commons apartments a couple weeks earlier. Moore and Willey are being held in the Fond du Lac County Jail on $1 million cash bail.
