A Fond du Lac boy who was struck by a car has died from his injuries. Police Chief Aaron Goldstein says seven year old David Custance was pronounced dead Sunday at Childrens Hospital in Milwaukee. Custance was struck by a vehicle Friday evening while attempting to cross the 500 block of East Pioneer Road. Custance had just completed the first grade at Pier Elementary School. Counselors will be available at the school from 11am to noon today. The incident remains under investigation.
