Wisconsin’s unemployment rate was up slightly last month, but total jobs reached a record of more than three million. Preliminary employment estimates showed Wisconsin’s seasonally adjusted unemployment rate was 2.5% in June, up from the record low 2.4 % in April and May, and below the national unemployment rate of 3.6%. The total labor force grew by 14,000 and employment increased by 10,700 over the month of June.
